I have always been interested in alternative methods of wellness. In 2001 I began searching for ways to make changes in my life.
As a Wellness Consultant I assisted employers develop programs to help their employees begin making lifestyle changes.
In 2009 I graduated from MTTI Wellspring of Allied Health as a Massage Therapist. I enjoy helping others and watching them as they transform their life. I consider each client a teacher bringing knowledge and understanding to each situation. I am a Nationally certified as a Massage Therapist with a license in Iowa and Missouri. Massage is considered to be among the oldest of all treatments used by man.
