Thomas graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Ames, IA in 2009 where he learned advanced technical skills in haircutting, hairstyling, and personalized haircolour.
In 2010, he became a Certified Pureologist to become an expert in Pureology’s haircare systems. Due to his passion in helping others achieve their dreams, Thomas became a PureArtist in 2011. As a PureArtist, Thomas travels nationwide educating salons, stylists, and guests about trends, styles, products, and techniques to help everyone create their most desired looks. In 2012, Thomas was tested on his colour technical skills and was awarded the title of Redken Haircolor Certified Specialist.
Thomas has been featured in both the Des Moines Register and Juice Magazine, his work has been published both on the cover and featured in BeautyLook magazine, and published in Inspire Magazine – a national salon lookbook.
